Almost every street corner in Manhattan has a food cart selling anything from pretzels to chicken to falafel to ice cream to, apparently, nuts. These portable kitchens have to be moved into position each day, and put away when the tourists’ appetite for whatever they’re selling ebbs. Usually, that means walking it 3 or 4 blocks down busy city streets, just like this guy is doing.
