The Porter View Part 1

2010 September 14

Last week I took another trip to Toronto on Porter Airlines, the only airline that operates out of Toronto Island Airport. I was lucky enough to be on the city side of the plane on both flights so I managed to snap a few great shots of this photogenic skyline. Fortunately, the best moments to shoot are right before landing and right after takeoff, when the flight attendants are safely belted into their jump seats, and so unable to prevent me from using my little electronic device. So here are three of those shots.

If you’re unfamiliar with Toronto’s skyline, the impressive needle that is a dominant feature of these pictures is called the CN Tower.
