While at the Met, we went to see the special exhibit of Leon Levinstein’s New York street photography. His raw and unposed pictures of New Yorkers from between 1950 and 1980 are an amazing look at the city through its people. Walking through the gallery feels a little like scrolling through this blog, only the pictures are better and far more effectively edited. So, in honor of Mr. Levinstein, a street portrait of my own, taken right outside the museum.
