I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and then immigrated with my family to Houston, Texas, where I grew up. Then it was on to school at Northwestern University. After 13 years there, Chicago became too cold and I fled to Los Angeles. I'm now a proud resident of New York City.
My creative evolution has been just as colorful. As a kid I spent time drawing, painting, sculpting, writing, and even acting. In school, I trained to be a theatrical lighting designer, but soon fell into a job as an animator. After more than twenty years in broadcast, I'm now focused on finding ways to bring live performance and digital media together.
